The software result was 0.5mm*2 for primary wire. But you winded 0.5mm*1 wire. Why sir? please explain it. Thanks a lot for sharing this.

@LongTechnical I have 4 PC power supplies with good feedback circuits and no good input sites. I have checked the transistor first diode and transformer everything is fine using the old pcb.

Are you calculating for 15V peak-to-peak AC or 15V DC square wave? There should be at least 15-20Vpp (30-40V DC), or more (some bigger transistors accept +-30V) for the best performance. Higher gate voltage = lower output resistance and heat loses.
