Just a suggestion, you might could have braided the mesh tubing on the welcome sign, instead of gluing. The wreath turned out really pretty.

I had an enormously frustrating experience when I had to return an item from an online order. I took the item in the shipping bag which had the order number printed on the shipping label. The cashier was also one of the mangers and she couldn't find the order despite typing the order number rapidly multiple times. I suspected she was mistyping it and offered to read the numbers off for her but she declined and walked away without saying anything. I literally had no idea what she was doing or where she was going with my shipping bag and label. I asked the only other cashier where she went and she didn't know. So, I waited and watched customers enter the store and checkout. Then, she returned 25-30 minutes later with a piece of paper with my order number handwritten on it in larger print. She input the number which was IDENTICAL to what was printed on the label and the order came up. The entire time she was gone, she apparently went to the back office and consulted with the store manager at their leisure. But the most egregious part was she refused my initial help in reading off the numbers to her since she was reading and inputting them wrong into the register. The entire fiasco took nearly 45 minutes for a simple return only because she misread the order number.

as someone who has been recently hired as a joann’s employee i share your frustrations. they don’t tell employees anything or where anything is, forcing me to figure everything on my own. i feel absolutely awful when a customer asks where something is and i haven’t a clue. i also wasn’t told much about the register and whenever i ask for help i hardly get it. it has gotten to the point where i had an anxiety attack trying to figure out how the thing works. also the thing with the coupons is so massively screwed up. so many times it doesn’t scan but when i type in the number it goes through. highly recommend not shopping there or getting a job there. hoping i’ll be able to send in a notice the moment i get a new job.
