Great deals! I saw someone on KZbin do a wreath using tissue paper. She cut gift wrap tissue paper into squares and kind of crinkled them to then glued them to a wreath form. They looked like flowers. If I’m remembering correct she used the green styrofoam wreath form from dollar tree.

Thank you Shonda Lee. I think I've seen that done before. That's very time consuming. May be too time consuming for me. lol I was thinking of using them for decoupage. Not sure yet. Thanks for the suggestion though. TFW :)
