I replaced the control board, replaced the pressure switch, cleaned the trap, and cleaned the "air dome hose" and its attachment that you mention. Same codes remain. I'll purchase a whole new "air dome hose" and cross my fingers. Such a tiny hose for $40, what a rip off. Thanks for the tip; something else to try.

@@bethsytsma8359 Being on a well, the specific issue I had was at the inlet of the cold water (where the cold water hose screws into the machine to provide water). The screen/orifice was clogged BIG TIME and the machine essentially sensed there was not enough water being supplied. I replaced that contraption (has both cold and hot inlets with some solenoids on top) and BOOM problem solved. I think it was $40 us on Amazon.

you shouldve made the video with the wires connected to the boiler to proof that the bord or thermostat wont fry. now my real question is why is the thermostat receiving power on the Y terminal and its working. maybe its the batteries. you didnt even show when you mounted the thermostat. it just raises too many red flags
@Joricano2 жыл бұрын
It is connected at the moment to the boiler with the connection I showed. It’s been online for about 4 weeks now. The thermostat gets the power from the Y because it doesn’t care where the 24V come from. Meaning with this video it’s getting power from the Y and C(blue wire/neutral ). As long as the neutral is in the common(blue terminal) you won’t fry your boiler controller. But you have to understand basic electricity. The only reason i made this video was because all the videos shown in KZbin about missing a C wire actually had a C wire but was just not wired. I’m not trying to sell something or monetize my channel.

C Mooner I really didn’t see any measurable nitrate reduction. Plus they were heavy to lift when doing maintenance with the sump. I ended up using MarinePur bio filter media block. Supposed to do similar things(anoxic filtration). But much lighter and easier during maintenance
@chrism46733 жыл бұрын
@@Joricano interesting, others claim near zero/low nitrates with near zero WC’s on Discus tanks. What average nitrate readings did you have with BCB’s and did you ever able stretch out your WC’s? Thanks.
@Joricano3 жыл бұрын
C Mooner i did twice a week water for my discus tank. Sometimes once a week depending on work. It wasn’t because of the BCB baskets, more because I doubled the amount of bio media in my sump. Nitrates were always around 10 ppm which is excellent since i fed my fish raw ground beef heart. But even after I changed to MarinePur nitrate levels were the same. Which is why I didn’t see any huge beneficial difference. The only benefit i saw was that it was cheap and fun to make
