what's the difference between ZEN DAC 3 and ZEN CAN 3? And what is exactly warmer sound? I like mid range and high range and bass of course, but not too much bass, i mean, not if bass going to the mid range.

I always used to buy those cheap thing that require a mediaplayer equalizer in order to make them sound good or git bluetooth problems. So i thought, screw it time to invest in quality. I saw cute anime and cute fox picture and pretty shiny headset and hit the buy button. Still love them. I never go back ro cheap or wireless.

I am really wondering if it’s better to invest in a better headphone than my AKG K712 Pro or going for an IEM. The ie600 was in my list, but I would really to know if it’s going to sound really better than my headphones AKG K712 Pro. But I also have several KZ IEM like the ZS10 Pro X that sounds really good… could it be the ie600 much better?

I don't understand this at all. It's more expensive than the normal can v3, so is ifi selling EQ now? They've now demonstrated the sound can be adjusted differently on the same unit. So why not just give users the option to adjust themselves?

I just ordered the Symphonium Crimson last night with the 8 wire cable edition. This will be my very first wired IEM ever. I also ordered the Effect Audio Code 24 IEM cable as an upgrade. I'm coming from a background of over ear headphones, but I wanted a premium hi fi experience that was portable and mobile that still offered a great experience with hi-res lossless music from the Qobuz music service. I don't have lot of different audio equipment, but I will be using a Chord Hugo 2 DAC/Headphone Amp for my mobile platform, but at home I have a Chord Hugo TT2 combined with a Chord Hugo Mscaler. My headphones are an Audeze LCD-X and an Audeze LCD-4z over ear. I don't have any experience with wired IEMs, much less premium ones. Even though my over ear headphones are open back, I still appreciate the closed back IEM experience with music. Thanks for the review! My Crimson's should be in sometime this morning. 😊

I just got the rare Letshouer x HBB Kinda Lava EJ07M and paired it with Liquid Links Martini cable. Dyumn, it is so awesome especially in the bass and the air treble region.

Hi great review , I have 6xx with customer cans bass mod which helps the bass in the bottom end , also change the pads for 33mm to help with sound signature. Compared with the 660s2 similar but when a-b my moded 6xx may have bit more bass . . Regards mark

Thank you for comparing with the EW200 as well because I was waffling between both. The Zero 2 would be a great budget one but the shape and fit looks (and feels) painful already. The EW200 is my next choice, and it's already awesome for it's sub-50 price. But the weight compared to the Delci is making me reconsider. I may just save up a bit more for the Delci. Question, for clarity and air, how does it compare between the Delci and EW200? I like a tiny bit of bass presence and slight warmth, but am treble sensitive and don't like sibilance in my music. That aside, great review!

Been listening to Nezha again last couple of days. If find it a nice clean, clear and brightish sound. Can be a bit odd on roughly recorded tracks. Had a tip change as there was a certain hollowness around vocals and bass with the stock tips.

Nice review man, this is the most accurate review i've seen on youtube so far. Props to you. I got them like 3 days ago and the sound is not THAT muddy. Sure It's not crystal clear or anything like that but the IEM itself is not claiming to be clear. It's focused on bass and it's a basshead's dream in my opinion. If you listen EDM's, Traps, and generally Hip-Hop. Boy you gonna like how these sound. I love that it vibrates my ears. I have a question for you. I'm a BASSHEAD as you might have noticed :D I like how Hades sounds. And currently i'm saving up for the Scarlet Minis from FatFreq. If they are what people say they are, those will be my endgame IEMs. I know you tried them both. How does the Hades and Scarlets bass compare? Does Scarlets really have MORE rumbly, vibrating bass? Or they are just like Hades bass+clear sounding? How would you compare them? If they don't have significantly more bass i might just not buy them. I'm not looking for clarity. But if they have significantly MORE bass and sounding clear while doing it, i'll buy them towards the edn of the year. I highly appreciate your opinions and comment.

Based on my experiences, cables do matter and sound difference may not be even subtle. However, there are many factors affecting the result, e.g. how good (or bad) the original stock cable is, how good is the IEM itself (usually better IEM has higher potential to have sound quality improvement with "better" cables). Also, cable matching could be tricky even though there are some rule-of-thumb (e.g. silver plated copper cables usually have better treble than pure copper cables), i.e. a cable sounds great with one IEM doesn't mean it will bring the same improvement to other IEMs.

Any 200 DAC makes a huge difference from stock mini jack.
