Nobody I know delivers a key message so eloquently... Bravo Gary... Its all about the "Intention"... So even if the outcome is the same... What matters is whether the "INTENTION" was driven by Fear or Love... All pain in relationships esp with family are "mirroring" a part of ourselves that needs attention and healing... Our souls signed up to have these experiences in order to heal, grow and evolve....

EXACTLY what I needed to hear and I made the shift intuitively w/o thinking about it. I made the mistake of reading some "news" and...oh my! I noticed that I was feeling nauseous, but KNEW it was Fear and so I sat with it breathing, do some Jin Shin holds, and calling on Jesus for Help. I received such peace and a dissipation of the agitation ...then SILENCE. I was very intentional about recognizing and moving beyond it this morning. Most of the time, I'm not so ready. Here's hoping that muscle is strengthened more and more; to recogni ize, become aware, then act in accordance with that awareness. Thank you Linda...and Gary!😍
