Fear is a feeling that I believe there is a reason for, why we humans have it. It is nessasary in some situations. For survival. Either in fysical reality or psycologically. Fear is your friend. Who wants to tell you something. But to feel fear, when it is out of balance, is of course not good. I have been seriously ill because of fear for 5 years, when I was young. It is possible to master healing from that. And it was for me. ❤
