Birds singing of that experience/the trees tell of that experience. I felt this today, not for the first time. Much birdsong in the garden. From my kitchen vantage point I could see the feeders, but right then the birds weren't on them; they were just exhilarating in their existence; no nests to build; just Being. Then, approaching sundown, the sight of mobile tree branches , accompanied by the sighs and groans of the wind. Why do these phenomena always seem like a fresh wonder? In another of your shared talks I listened to earlier, there was the occasion of two vehicles somehow passing undamaged when there wasn't enough room. I had a similar experience on a high narrow footpath about 20 years ago, face to face with a stallion. We looked at each other. And then we were on our way, headed in opposite directions. I will never forget that moment of that handsome horse 🙏

I'd just finished a talk by Joel Goldsmith and noticed one of your videos in my suggestions. I had a look at your channel and clicked on this one. I'm only 20 minutes in and I have to go and cook the evening meal, but I have subscribed and will be back. (A couple of other comments mention the Beauty of this man and I concur.)

This is Very Good...I don't think he needed to stress that when he said "Father" that he meant Awareness....God, Infinite Being, Whatever you want to call the Divine Presence, will meet us where we're at....there are countless examples of people who sincerely prayed to a God that they felt was outside themselves, and had miraculous results!!! But I love how he's 'making the case' for being thankful for all the often overlooked blessings of life....there's an Estonian saying, "Who does not thank for little will not thank for much" ☺🙏🐤🐿🐞🐝🌷🌱

_ A useful way to understand the nature of being and awareness.

And William reiterates this important statement: Resignation, that is to be the being that being is being, to be It and without struggle with the world, and without an attempt to gain the world’s riches, without becoming lost in the confusion of the world, without being sidetracked in the power and importance of the world, the dignity of it, and the social prestige of it, and the position that one should attain in it, and all of that bunk, resignation, not mystic, not detached but resignation open eyed, conscious and informed by love, here is the resignation that is the balance between the heart and the intellect, here is the resignation that is neither intellectually oriented, nor heart oriented, a perfect balance of the two. It is the only one of our feelings for which it is impossible to become a sham.

Delightful to meander thru the woodland with William as he generously guides us thru the landscape with his insightful musings. I love how he quotes beloved friends, and their words harmonize with the songs of the forest. As we listen gently, we feel beckoned to participate in the flow of life-to stand open -hearted in the face of whatever shows up - and to trust that we will find that there’s beauty in it all. We can feel our preferences for order and the urgent quest for understanding slip away. We sense that somehow, mysteriously, magically, if we dip our cup into the waters of life, an elixir, not of understanding, but of inspiration, will lovingly pour forth.
