Dear Ford: just put a @#$%& regular transmission dipstick on EVERY vehicle you make. It is UNBELIEVABLE that you would NOT. Especially since dealers today don't work on older vehicles anymore. I know you hate people working on their own stuff, but it's cost-prohibitive these days.

When the blower motor is running you could hear it slowly reduce its speed. Turning the blower control knob off and on will restore the speed at the correct setting. In addition, it will intermittently just stop running until you cycle the ignition key off and on and it will come right back on and work as it should. Is this pointing more to the resistor or the blower motor itself?

do you remember where the 2 long trans bolts go. Im pretty sure the bellhousing bolts are all short but for some reason im thinking theres 2 long and 4 short.

Only wish that the control board was my problem on my 91. No intermittent, no low, no high, but if the washer function is pressed, wipers come on but no fluid comes out. Already changed the control board. Totally baffled. Wiper switch in the column?

To check fluid level ; it needs to be running ? If it is , is in park or neutral.?

I've got same issue on my 99 Chevy Tahoe LT 5.7 ,you pour in it pools out , she got 172k miles on her. I doubt any additive will fix the issue

Forgive me for being a dumb ass, but I'm not affrays to get my hands dirty... I have a 92 Chevy G20 Van. I cannot find this freaking assembly under the hood??? Sure on trucks it easy access, but WTF with a dog house and small area under the hood? Where is that bitch?
