Another way of looking at this, is the energy of the 1st seal / chakra is the energy of creation, you can learn to move it without the "sexual" connection. This energy sits at the base of the spine, focus on it and visualize it exploding like a volcano up through your seven seals, squeeze the butt, then lower abdomen, then mid abdomen, then diaphram, chest, pull the shoulders back, neck, up into your brain and out the top of your head. See the energy moving up from the base of the spine as you do this and breathe in rhythm with these contractions. Dr. Joe Dispenza does an excellent job of teaching this movement while breathing in. Ramtha teaches a method while breathing out forcibly, also Kundalini Yoga has several techniques. While sexual energy is definitely a thing, the movement of energy for creation of reality has nothing to do with physical sex/lust. There is nothing wrong with sex, and certainly a benefit to learning to channel and raise your energy during the practice, but raising the energy without the link to sex is quite possible and more productive, and in fact much easier without bringing your focus into physical sexual realms.
