Plus Alert 360 is always there for you whenever you need them 24/7. Alert 360 has been there for me and my family numerous times. Recently my dad fell in our dining room due to a dizzy spell and i ran to our keypad and pressed the medical Panic button to notify alert 360 of what happened and after giving the alarm time to transmit the signal, my landline started ringing and it was Alert 360 calling about the panic alarm. Alert 360 handed it from there. Alert 360 is way more better than other companies such as ADT and cove.

Cove is a scam. They are worthless. Me and my parents have Alert 360 and im gonna say this right now: Alert 360 is way more better than Cove. Alert 360 saved my life numerous times. Yes alert 360 will have someone come and install the system, but their system is wireless and communicates with the monitoring center via cellular. Dont signup with cove. You will be sorry if you do. Get a security system from Alert 360.

So which one connects to cellular, the hub or alarm panel? which one communicates with the sensors? I have the cove simple system which I want to upgrade from. We have poor cellular reception here. the only spot which has OK reception is one end of the house. But it is too far away from some of the sensors, so it occasionally lose supervision on them. If it was the hub connect with sensors and the panel connects with cellular, it will be perfect solution. I can keep the panel at the end of house (I still want the cellular connection as backup in case there is a poweroutage ) and put hub in the center of the house. Another question is dose cove connect works with the sensors from old cove simple? how about the cove simple panel, can i still use it as the second alarm panel?

A few questions: 1:04 -> There is an option to add a Condition. Your Scenes Help page states, "There are also “Conditions” that are still in development. Please ignore anything labeled “Conditions” at this time." The App gives no indication that Conditions do not actually function. They do not, however, function. When will Condition functionality be added? 1:37 -> "From here you can now add, delete or modify any triggers or actions you see fit." Is there actually an option to modify the triggers and actions you've made? The only option that appears is "delete".

All my cameras lost connection to the base. Trying to add my indoor cam as a new one, I don't get the "Waiting to connect" prompt. The app tells me to go to "Profile-Update firmware manually," but I don't see profile anywhere, not on the base (gen 1) nor the app. Why should I not just switch to a security system that actually works?

If I don't have a modem/router to connect to the Hub via ethernet, does the 4G backup chip work automatically? Do you have to pay for that feature? Can the Hub just connect to a WiFi network instead?

So it will attempt to connect to Ethernet first but if Ethernet/hardwired Internet isn't detected it will switch over to 4g. You don't have to pay for it as it's included. The hub has a closed network card to talk to the alarm panel/touchscreen but not an open WiFi network in the intent you are asking.
