@LandandInvestmentquery I had been to there some 3 years ago. Blueberry tower was under construction. Their sales executive offered me 1475 for 78 lacs on the 2nd floor but I was interested in middle floor something like 9th or 10th, but that was not available. So the deal didn't materialised. 😔

Cons Road is very damaged and it doesnt seem will be fixed soon. Bachelor crowd due to amprapali in front No MOBILE OR INTERNET NETWORK. Build quality is not very good but decent No Mivan Very secluded area

@LandandInvestmentquery Yes you are right but to certain extent. You know why this area won't be good and ace location is not good because of leisure valley amprapali. People have bought dirt cheap houses there now the quality is so bad that they cannot live there so they are renting it out and guess who will take those Bachelors that too college one mostly so area will never be luxury. See for yourself all amprapali surrounding areas have nuisance. Second the close proximity of village. I am visiting this area from last 5 years on regular basis and it becomes so unsafe after 12 that you cannot walk alone. Only if this society was on rise plot it could have benefited and that authority plot park will be opened for all sooner or later so that will make this society Highly Dense with 150 flats per acre. So not a good option now to invest better societies at better rate available. Moreover you will get a new flat in MIvan so why pay a premium for old society.
