You are over-stating the price. Same-size unit in this same society offered to me for 60L yesterday (Sept 2024). I have been seeing all your videos. The rates you quote are 5 to 8 lakhs more than the market price. These flats are not worth so much. Brokers are creating a bubble to increase their commissions.

Chor builder hai. Bhool ke bhi mat lena. Registry hone ke baad bhi builder possession nahi de raha. Director sign karne ke naam per director india chor ke bhaag gaye. Finishing bhi bahut bekaar hai.
