You would definitely do that-BUT there may be benefit in eventually bringing it into the Space as embedded video or even native video uploads (you have unlimited video storage in your course spaces on Mighty). That way members aren't having to leave your community to participate. If you're worried about overwhelm, each video could be its own LESSON and each workout could be a SECTION. So people can just go through in order. Lots of ways to bring this to life!

You could send a badge automatically to their profile and/or invite them to a special Space in your network that's only for certified people where they can download their special "package". And/or on our Path-to-Pro plan you could automate a DM to them that links to a special certificate.

Definitely the former! You can give people permission to post their own content and events. For courses, you'd have to make them a Space Host of a space with the feature enabled, and then post their own. But otherwise members can create whatever content you allow them to.

Some things we love-sending them to a special playlist, dming them a link to order merch (both of those can be done with automations and run on autopilot) or hosting a weekly welcome party where you go live and shout out the newest members

It depends! But yes, sometimes people collaborate with others, hire teams, or even burn out. Fighting for attention on the algorithm isn't for the faint of heart, which is why thinking about owning your audience in a community is worthwhile for any creator.

Content can be great for a software business like we're building :) - but we have found time and time again it's not the reason people stay in paid memberships. It's all about the value they get from other people. So decreasing that time to value and using people magic to get them connecting with other members quickly is the way to go!

@MightyNetworks, thinking from the perspective of 'time to value' explains how trust is formed and why users stick around. However, I believe that alongside 'time to value,' the 'frequency of value delivery' is equally important. This is where communities truly shine, with their rituals and consistent connections, helping to reinforce engagement over time. But to undertake 0-1 journey, i.e. to entice the first customer or the first set of community members, content might help. I intend to take this journey with the Mighty network so will soon find out :-)
