I think a huge complexity is this idea of creating something like a course to actually build a community that doesn'tbquite exist yet. I am wondering about if building community needs to happen separately from paid offers?

Figure out your person in transition first-they're the most likely to a) need a community to help navigate that transition and b) be willing to pay for it. You don't have to build a huge free audience FIRST.
