Playing this game as a kid helped me catch up with my friends knowledge on what tricks actually are. You look at a video of a tre flip or a varial heel and you can't always tell what's going on as a beginner. But the board flips pretty slow here, and it's easy to see the rotation

A tip for you Aaron from someone who has beaten every fromsoft souls games multiple times, panic rolling ends up messing you up. If you learn to roll right before the attacks it’s way better and you’re less likely to get hit. Took me soooo long to learn to not panic roll as much. Sometimes you may have to until you learn a bosses attack pattern but the less you do it the better. Please play more elden ring.. I love seeing people who haven’t played the game much play. It’s fun to see reactions to bosses they haven’t fought. 😊
