Don't play with your thumbs, use it like a finger board, it takes a little to get used to but it's WAY better in the long run and even though I was regular stance (in real life) I play the game goofy footed because that's the directions my fingers face and it seems to make more sense to me. Also to do a spin like a 180 you have to click and HOLD the camera button on the left side of your screen, you can also "slide" your finger on the same camera button to spin your screen around for fakie/switch. You can do a 360 shuv and hit the rotation button half way around to do a big spin/bigger spin. You can also pull the phone back when you air off a quarter or kicker and you will not "fly out" and you can land back into the transition. You can also tilt the phone forward to launch out on a quarter and you can tilt the phone side to side when you pop on or off a rail. To do a grab, press your finger beside the board and "slide" your finger to the board, you can grab nose, tail, melon and indy. Also to set a position marker click and HOLD the restart button on top of the screen, also you can rewind by holding the double arrows on the top right, the rewind is nice if your trying to get a trick, you can just keep rewinding back to the same start point and keep the same speed and etc. Keep playing the game and I recommend getting more parks, the first free park isn't the best. Playing this game as a kid helped me catch up with my friends knowledge on what tricks actually are. You look at a video of a tre flip or a varial heel and you can't always tell what's going on as a beginner. But the board flips pretty slow here, and it's easy to see the rotation

You use spin cam to do 180s. Hold it after popping and for example if you pop shuv and let it shuv once and hold spin cam you'll perform big spin. Hold and slide your finger form the air to board mid air to do grabs. Most of the time you only need 1-3 pushes and you'll roll for a while Use and hold spin cam moving backwards to do fakie and switch

If you wanna do tricks like fs or bs or bigspin etc you need to use the spin cam whilst doing basic tricks like ollies 3 shuvs or even flip tricks

I can't get into this like a Tony Hawk game, the way the board responds is weird, it's like stiff but slow and floaty at the same time too fast because the park is so small. Definitely disappointed me especially since it actually cost money and is not a free download.
