Подобные вещи отпугивают от языка. Английский пугает огромным множеством синонимов, усложняющих жизнь. Которые почти не реально выучить. Зачем так усложнять язык? Например, французский, испанский, итальянский, они выглядят проще и не стремятся без конца откапывать и выдумывать синонимы
