Breathing that delicious but toxic smoke day in day out will eventually get these awesome professional smokers into serious health problems. They deserve better and technology for their breathing protection should be developed.

Looks incredible. I don't like the food safety of dangling cleaning solutions above the meat at 8:46:00 unless that's just stuff to literally spray on the meat.

It's true ! I moved here to north end Catharines ontario from Toronto I didn't know what to do with this huge back yard ,the fastest and simplest was the camp fire and.some sausages on the rood , Ma kids love it! Every time when they go to sleep (my city wife too) I'm coming back and sit put.more wood and just.look at.the fire . It is addictive!

Love me some Terry Blacks, but I have to say stay away from Terry Blacks in Waco… not the same … over brine salted Brisket. Sausage served cold and fat coagulated. Spoke to the manager after an employee ask about my meal.. I stated Terry would not be happy with how this meat tasted. They apologies and offered me desert… As I was walking out , one the pit crew as about my meal… again I stated over salted, like tasting a salt shaker. Left my food to be discarded… he apologized and stated we have been having an issue with leaving the brisket’s in brine to long…. So bottom line avoid Terry back’s Waco location until they get their act together.
