There's a few ways to do it. I tried essence crafting suffix initially but that got expensive. I opted for defense harvest spam since that had the best odds for %ES and eva, i just got really lucky and hit t1 life and all res. Took probably 75k juice before it landed.

Yeah this is a low budget proof of concept, there's a lot of room to improve the gear.

The defense ceiling is much lower using bow/quiver, with a good wand + svalin shield it could be ok. But at the end of the day this is a gimmick build using new items, not some new meta contender. I pivoted to poison Lighting Strike with the ward setup and now have 150k ehp and can kill t17.

I tested the boots + vinespike with a bunch of skills before this build and unless you're playing something like DD of Chaining that hits super rapidly the delayed ramp is very noticeable while mapping. bossing however, i think inextricable might win out since you don't need the ward gimmick at all to scale damage.

@@luc_xott If it could have RF it'd be super solid but this just looks like it at that point it may end up as another iteration of cold reap in that you require a lot of resources to fix problems just so you're allowed to have more sockets lmao

i think it works with auto-exert but you're losing a lot of damage links and phys dot is already in a rough place.

Replica frostbreath will be more single target damage but boom mace made clear sooo good. It can proc off the edge of shockwave, effectively doubling your coverage. And honestly with the gear I had on this guy I was one tapping basically everything so frostbreath was overkill.

sorry fam i'm done with TLI for this season. this setup caps at around 1t if you fully invest but i swapped over to firebird. more damage, faster, better aoe.

unfortunately they deleted those gloves, made me really sad. this time around you're better off using purple gloves with some combination of Fervor, "kill enemies below x% life", spell levels, crit damage, etc with good ES rolls. I'm working on an update video for this season, stay tuned!

absolutely! you can get most of the core items for very cheap, it's totally fine to use a lower rolled belt and weapon and still farm t6-7 beacons. the voyager set pieces are also very strong for youga and will carry you until you're ready to swap to full ES gear.

the damage can be a little rough before level 90, try to get the gloves, belt, and weapon ASAP for an early power spike.

Stoneskin with Vanguard is quite insane, Is hard to get high amount of HP with builds that use ES uniques (iris, moto) so Stoneskin basically doubles my HP.

are you casting yourself? the illusion won't be doing as much damage early on and you should be casting more.

are you sustaining mana boil? you have to get enough mana regen for it to not fall off, the mana it consumes is what generates charges. i have an amulet with flat mana regen, you could use the Mana Source aura but that's not ideal.

@@Dreschaujust a heads up the lvl 90 hero trait is a HUGE dmg boost so you might feel a little weak before then but t7 blasting won’t be an issue

tbh i haven't bought her yet. most of my damage is coming from the 4x dmg procs so if thea2 has something comparable it should be ok.

Divine Punishment has the line “gain explosion for a short time”, the set bonus is crit per focus, gain charge on spell burst, and +2 focus.

I don’t recommend it, volkuurs literally cuts your damage in half and even with 100+ div and megablood this just wasn’t competitive. Either need to go Voltaxic or OG sin.

Bloodnotch is a little overkill but I liked just being able to stand there. Maximizing phys taken as is a totally viable route, I just didn’t take my build in that direction. I ran ToH before progenesis but felt more comfortable with the chaos cap and damage delay. The core damage loop is so generic you can really fit whatever defensive mechanics and layers you like.

The corpses you generate from desecrate and unearth (where most of your damage comes from) only get detonated by warcries and benefit from the “as extra chaos”. corpses of mobs you kill will be eaten by the explode, but in juiced maps it really isn’t an issue. I crafted a rare synth dagger that has more pure poison damage than oblit

I’m bad at the wildwood but I was pretty easily running 6k+. As long as you get tanky enough with flasks/crit immune/defiance of destiny you can just rely on the %life poisons to carry you.
