Can someone point me in the right direction regarding challenges that I am facing gaining employment in a county that has a negative view on individuals who may be impaired in some way? This is happening in Washington state.

If you do something for someone without a plan or expectation of working that is volunteering. When I got paid it was after I had expectations of work in my head and I read paperwork about work. I did not rely on scams. Scams are those typical of people wanting to much pay, working at weird hours, and even asking you to give them sex in exchange for money.

Lord, why can't we get help for my identical twin grandsons (one of whom has LONG COVID) whose schools have been jerking us around on getting testing, et and a decent IEP and purposefully have taken actions with the intended result of lowered self-esteem and pushing them right into the school-to-street and GEDs. I've invested the past 20 years of my life into raising my 3 grandkids as a single granny with disabilities and chronic illness and been told pointblank by these either ignorant or indifferent administrators that they had no obligation to grant my reasonable accommodation requests to record IEP meetings and wto provide rides to myself in my wheelchair to their functions and their IEP meetings despite that rule for parents w/disabilities being in their school code!! They KNOW I have cognitive and short term memory problems yet won't provide me with RAs and/or mandated by law and there is NO due process by which to get what they need because they have hearting officers who worked for the law firm they represenrs them in all things and these hearing officers

Depending on where you live the have up to 60 days to give you a written reply to your request for testing and accommodations. If they still jerk you around you can file a complaint with ocr
