So like… these are the only videos I see of bode miller, just when he makes mistakes and somehow doesn’t crash… Is he good, or is he just like a master of saving unsalvageable situations?

No he ran third but they ran a snow seed ahead of him due to soft new snow on the course. The snow seed guys would normally run 60th or so and yes possibly be that far behind. He likely won by a second or so

I'm from New Hampshire. Dad is a huge fan was also a ski instructor. We've been watching bode which seems like forever. I've done my share of sking. Tore my acl when I was 16 so working on a knee replacement at 40 so I can ski again. It's wild to see everyone with a helmet now. In the 90s even there was no such thing. Thinking back there were some wild times on the slopes and helmets is probably or definitely the way to go. Like driving it's not my driving I worry about its others. Same went for skiing

What was that car doing there? What if you fell there? I am surprized he gave up, maybe he knew he wasn't going to win? it didn't look like he missed a gate. Nice 360 though.
@blackjack4195
@blackjack4195 2 жыл бұрын
Because he lost balance and slipped a little higher up he knew he wouldn't get a good time. As for the car I think it's basically impossible to hit it with any real speed at the angle that jump is made. If anything it might soften the potential fall.

He got, lifted pretty bad, many times-- in one segment? Lost speed / Kontrol! And weider(really out-the back)-- from many inside-- turns! How did he, get in first, the first pos?
@fk4410
@fk4410 2 жыл бұрын
He did all that without losing speed because he let the ski run on tge edge all the time even when he makes mistakes or is out if position. He can do that because he is a genius nobody can copy that

Audi! Why the fuck do you have to park your stupid car on the piste!! Sure, on skies should be the same as on foot for these guys. But it's same idea that you don't freaking park your car on the side walk.
