Great recipe! I'll be making it for someone who is Vegetarian. What is the brand name of the Can Beans you used. Most can beans have just beans in a liquid and not the other thick filling(s) shown in your video. Thanks

Pre-shredded cheese is so bad for you, it has anti-caking agents to prevent them from sticking together.. just buy a block and shred it, all natural

Typical Gujarati foods which show no shortage of jaggery(sugar) . Just curious why no onion is in the cuisine. Has it something to do with religion? Or just the way what it is. As a Japanese who cook and eat Indian meals (South Indian like Kerala,Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh) every day , I’m quite curious. Hope someone will teach me the reason. Thanks.

@@AnilKumar-wu8tl , appreciate your reply. It has something to do with religion,hasn’t it as I suspected? Yes, ppl other than jain use quite a lot of garlic, onions (northern regions) . Jain ppl don’t eat onions,garlic etc… , the shop I purchase Indian food ingredients also operate restaurant , they believe in Jain faith, though their foods at the restaurant include some root vegetables. Thank you for the insight.

@@user-wo2fx8ke6k Yes you are right it is a religious belief. Harvesting root vegetables involves destroying the plant as well as microorganisms in the soil.

@@AnilKumar-wu8tl ,after reading your reply, I just googled Jainism for further information. Eating root vegetables destroy plant’s life so those parts are not used in Jain cooking. Anil Kumar, thanks again.
