I think you killed a girl right at the start. thats a waste. in an actual zombie apocalypse, you want to capture them. they will be worth their weight in gold. factions would make whole trades with weapons and food for one good looking woman.

I also use mag redux, can't play without it anymore, it adds to the tactical and immersive parts of the game so much. But with the cons of it also come some pros. For example, the abity to choose your mags, meaning, you can stuck 60 round mags into most assault rifles, you just have to either buy them or find them on enemies. I usually take two assault rifles to the Brain Scorcher, one with 5.56 and one with 5.45, that way it's easier to gather AP ammo. With you average armor you can have 5 small mags, 5 medium mags, and two big ones. Medium and small can go into big slots as well. And the Army Backpack adds 4 more slots, two for small and two for medium mags. All of that leaves you with 9 medium mags, which 60 rounds assault rifle mags fit in. AND on top of that I usually take and MP7, because it has 40 rounds of 5-7, which is pretty good against humans and those fit into small slots. If you load with AP ammo, with that set up Brain Scorcher is not a problem, last time I only spent about 7 mags on the whole thing, didn't even have to use the MP7. Obviously, if you use at least one of those rifles with grenade launcher it becomes even easier, you can save up to one or two mags more. Even for CNPP it's enough, I only had to load the mags again before going into the command centre.

bro i downloaded this a few days ago right i thought truly that i was doing good. i just got to the brain scorcher / barrier area and i’m having my first contact with the monolith this is making me question my overall skills at Stalker just in general it’s so hard. I took your advice and made sure to get the SVD and ran with a 5.45 main so that’s been a huge help but holy hell man the gunfights in this are soooooo off the chain. I had to retreat quite far down the road and bait monolith into SVD fire because they were just absolutely swarming me at close to mid range. And whaaaaat is up with these squad sizes ? truly amazing modpack

Hey man, I am currently playing Radiophobia 3, and I am stuck at the quest of the Duty man and his lost rifle and I can't find the damn bandit that took it. Do you remember where to find his rifle?

Mi 24 has all round 5mm steel plates - thats why it's called flying tank. And here we can see that after two 9x39 rounds it catches fire and crashes. It's kinda week... Nonetheless looking forward to play this mod next week.

Global War really needs fast travel, at least the ability to travel back to your faction HQ with all your merchants. Once you start pushing out from where your HQ is, it starts to take quite a long time to haul back loot to sell, and since there are no missions the majority of your money comes from selling loot. Fun at first, but becomes very tedious when you are traveling 3 zones out to go engage an enemy and then 3 zones back to sell a load of junk, even if you make a stash in the area you are fighting to store all the loot, it will be several trips back to HQ to unload all those guns, which you NEED to do if you want any hope of affording those top end armors for ~250k. Allowing a simple fast travel back to HQ (but not back out to combat areas so you can't quickly defend places under attack) would help a lot there.

Just downloaded this and true stalker and perfect clear sky after my heyzee custom anolmay has me hooked I want to go back and play the best versions of the originals.

This portal nonsense at the End of the game lasts way too long. I also do not like how it spawn Gauss Rifle equippped snipers on roofs all around you. Other than that the game is still very fun and a great time even after all these years!
