As a musician, it would be much more satisfying to actually learn to play.

Like how is Waldstein sonata by Beethoven, which I played and listened so many time racist? Fact for many people, yes, when getting older you will have muscle pain, lower mobility, etc. but not for everyone, some people go their entire lives without muscle pain, they run marathons and are as active as anyone, my grandpa is 76 and travels a lot and is super high energy, he has only ever had a small cold a couple times in his life and can outrun most teenagers, he was a professional bare back rider for 30 years and has zero join pain. Muscle pain and joint problems are not inevitable!
