I just wish the MK4 Roadster had a Left Hand fuel cap option. As a Track car, right hand fueling saves time. But since the vast majority of these cars are driven on the road, it’s a huge pain in the arse to stretch that hose over the car to fill up. There are some things a Man will not do. Wear his pants below his butt, drive a squatted truck, or pull up to a pump on the passenger side.

By the way, if I order one of those jewels from Spain, how's the process to order spare parts and maintenance? Is there any type of handbook or something?

If you import one of our kits into Spain and have any parts questions, you can check out our parts catalog at www.factoryfiveparts.com or email us at [email protected] and one of our team members can help with your parts questions.

99% sure you are correct, it's defo not a gen 3
@MrDaavee2 күн бұрын
Yea, that's a gen 2 yote. Gen 3 has a DI fuel pump on the passenger side cam cover. Gen 3 is superior but working with the DI can be a little bit of a pain in aftermarket situations like this. That gen2 will comfortably make 750whp all day long though. And in that light chassis, that be insane amounts of power. 400whp in that thing is all you would need lol

I think a GT40 with tastefully updates would be a home run. That car will always capture peoples imagination.
@tristanhipps6048 күн бұрын
At this point the the F9 would need updates. You can’t shelf something for years and not have it get dated. I’d love help you guys as a designer come up with something new. I think something like the GTM refresh would be better than a front engine GT car. In fact i think something closer to the BAC mono as a track car option with something that people could get into as a better option then aging traditional production cars that need massive upgrades.

Me as well. I have no help to build a car, but it would be great to do a build with someone. My stepson enjoys cars, but has zero interest in taking the time (ADHD).😢
@TeddyRumble8 күн бұрын
You want to get rid of that false confidence? Go look up the vid on doing the body work. Using a reciprocating saw on the wheel wells, doors, hood, trunk??? My God no way. I know that saw would get away from me! The mechanical parts assembly looks more doable.
