Thank you for shining light on a well deserved talent. I remember seeing Ms. Evelyn Champagne King at the Spectrum in Philly back in the 80s, she was throwing down then and still doing it. Awesome personality, career, and catalog. I enjoyed the interview.

Thank you gentlemen. Your music was part of my youth, and I’m glad you all are still with us, and your stories are riveting. I still hunt down and play the old stuff, though. Old is gold, as they say. Great concept and great interview. Peace.

I happened to listen to both For Those Who Want to Grove and You Make Me Feel Like Dancing today and saw the reference to this interview; wow, RPJ that song for Leo Sayer(and got no credit). I learned quite a bit about his extensive catalogue of music: definately deserves more acknowledgement!

You guys don't know how valuable this info is. Thank god this and other info regarding the music business is out here on the internet for us to see. There is so much to learn from these stories whether they are from Prince, Chaka, Stevie or Ray. I love it. To learn about the minute details people took on their journeys is really special and a learning experience for us all. I like how he said the new generation learned from the older ones. Great stuff.
