Do the rear wheels (tech drive wheels) have a rubber feel to them or just a hard plastic? Just picked one up yesterday and was shocked to see just a hard plastic wheels but there's almost no grip on the hard floors I realized... not like what my Sentra 2 has...

My uncle has this exact same vacuum he bought it at walmart in late 2011 he still has it to this day but the motor bearings do not sound very healthy i think the older sharks are better than the shark nonsense nowadays
