RG3, first of all he didn't rush back from injury, coaches rushed him. They pressured him to return early. 2nd, his game didn't change, defenses did and again, his coaches did noting to adjust. RG3 could have had a great career if his coaches knew what they were doing, RG3 wasn't a 1 trick pony, his coaches were which lead to him having sever injuries.
