Pro tip if you have a lip at the top of your shower like i do you can make a little 2x4 frame and wrap paracord around it to hang things on. That way it drips directly into the shower and you can remove the frame when you're done

Your whites will never be truly white if you wash them with dark colours, they will be a dull grey. Should do the whites on their own first in lovely clean water, then coloured after.

You can buy a salad spinner to spin the water out of the clothes but fold them over on themselves to squeeze the water out

Drying tip . Hang them on the shower rod with hangers . Put a small heater in There. No this won’t work if we don’t have power but you have power for now lol I normally don’t have to do this. I just fold them over on themselves and squeeze .

I have to do this because the washing machines at my apartment always give my clothes poop stains and fabric softner stains. And you have to pay a 1.75 for it. Im never ever ever using those washing machines EVER AGAIN!!!!!

If you've got a fan or two, aim it at your hanging clothes. It really speeds up the drying time. I have a big fan that sits on the floor and it can dry a rack of 15 items in about 4 hours.

I used two 5 gallon buckets one of them with holes all around it as well in the bottom of it . I use a new toilet plunger that has a 6 holes . I use this method for smaller loads of laundry . For larger loads I use a large plastic ice bucket with rope handles on it. I also use a plastic washing wand that I purchased from Amazon. I love my Gain detergent or some Dawn dish soap. And I hand twist my clothing to take as much of the water out of all the my clothing before hanging it out side to dry. I soak it for 30 and every 10 minutes I will plunge for 3 minutes . I will twist the water out of the clothing. Place it in clean water with a little bit of white vinegar . I leave it there for 30 and every 10 minutes I will use the plunger for 3 minutes. I will then twist all the clothes to get as much of the water. And then I will do a second rinse which will be the final one. Twist the clothing again to get as much water out of the clothing and hang dry out doors. You can do this anytime of the year even in the winter except when it rains or snows. You can also hang your wet clothes in the bathtub on a pole and if you have a small heater you can turn it on in the bathroom to dry faster.
