Amazing accomplishment Liz! Gives me some inspiration for my next trail goal- 50 km before I turn 60-almost there! Keep showing us older people-especially older women doing hard things!

I'm a novice runner age 39. It brings me so much joy to see older runners out there killing it! It helps me to realise I've not left it too late. I don't need to be elite but I want to be able to run long distances on trails and hills, and continue to challenge my body and mind. Incredible, thank you for this film!

I'm 43 and when I see older runners on my trail I always slow down and talk to them. They are a wealth of knowledge and downright awesome.

Yes it was more loud than necessary during the aid station pieces. It muffled the conversations and I felt cheated. But the music selections were all bangers!!! Thanks for listing the songs as I plan to find them in Spotify. Thanks so much for showcasing beautiful music underneath a most beautiful country and Herculean efforts to accomplish the seemingly impossible. You give us hope that we can do more if we keep working at it wisely. I’m 68 and started back running 5 months ago but am settled on 5 k for now I watch you super heroes for my inspiration!

Absolute ripper of a Video Forktail. Thanks so much for your efforts and experience to show all what it is to be a member of CARR and what it looks like to participate. So many people working on their MTB skills and improving their riding ability by being a part of something huge! Bring on 2022 and well done to Junior Tom Stockwell for taking out the overall Club Champion 2021 27km in 1:19mins and to all other participants for having a go!
