I've watched that movie a number of times. I love the concept, except there are issues with the plot that could be fixed.

the recording chip in his tooth that he handed iver to Jackal, i really think that gave it away. Maybe it had some info in it

he gets up on that table and tbr plot does not let up. I couldn't breathe for most of that book. Oh and that end, my blood ran cold

Finished it last night at 3 a.m. (oh man those GRAPES at the end...!) I've got to review something old first, but then I'm getting straight into Golden Son--not sure how to do it spoiler-free though

@@bookhangover4955 You can always do a split review, first half talk about what you thought of it in a general spoiler free manor and in the 2nd half do a spoiler deep dive discussion on your thoughts on specifics.
