Makes no sense. So if you crash your car, it makes you feel better because god did it.

There’s a less known way a person who wants to continue to believe in God but rejects the Bible’s unhinged genocidal monster. And that’s Zarathustra’s God. The ancient people of the levant and the Greek speaking Romans can’t market the corner on who God is no matter how many times they claim they can. There are more humans that have existed outside of those who wrote the Bible and then those who spent over 1,000 years shoving this book down the world’s throat with the sword. Once you realize that the Abrahamic faiths aren’t the end all be all to God, then you’re free to go explore the PLETHORA of other men and women who all gave their ideas about God as well. So far my favorite prophet is Zarathustra. His Gathas describe God in a far more beautiful ways and it preaches actual Justice and not acts of angry genocidal violence. Feel free to explore his Gathas and discover who he says God is and who is says God isn’t. Another person who gave great thoughts on existence and morality is Lao Tzu and his Tao Te Ching.

Suppose angels rebelled against God's power and that event somehow turned God's "perfect" creation into a broken one. Why does the state of brokenness have to take the form of natural destruction, harmful diseases and egregious suffering of sentient creatures on this planet that had nothing to do with the angelic rebellion? Compensation in the afterlife is not a justification, and repeatedly claiming that the world is broken is not a theodicy. Sharon is merely preaching to the choir.

Atheists on here say you can't prove God exists but claim absolutely that God is a fictional character.

God is justice thats why he gives people a will power to choose, but people chooses war. Just like america spreaching about democracy and at same time she bomb people in a name of democracy.

Numbers 31: 17-19 "Now therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him. But all the women children, that have not known a man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves." Genocide, slavery, infanticide, and rape. All supposedly commanded by your God. All, according to you, "acts of justice". This is the evil of religion. With God, all atrocities are justifiable.

"You begin reading a story about a God who deeply cares about injustice, suffering, and evil." Nope. This pseudo-scholar is simply engaging in eisegeses, not exegesis. The God of the Old Testament showed no concern over injustice, suffering, or evil. In fact, he commanded all of those things, when he did not inflict them himself. The Israelites wanted to own slaves, but they did not want to be slaves. So they invented a God that wanted them to own slaves, but not to be slaves. This is not rocket science, people.

This was sponsored. And I am Irish Pagan. So I won't like. But I have subscribed. For you will not convert me, but I have subscribed. For mine is that of a reflective morality, & not in hubris but in moral lessons not communicated that I know of in your beliefs, I will put to you the quality of challenge, for even in this very video extolling the virtue of parables & not to judge others of a different quality of life, St Patrick did not remember them when he came to Ireland. He cursed people instead. Our answers to Evil are different with regards to the capacity of said evil. Some, we know, demand a fighting spirit, for it cannot be gentled. I would like to know what modern theologians would say in regards to this. And I'll be around, not to deter your message for the souls willing to accept it, but to counter with an alternative.

Why? Because God gets his jollies betting on the suffering (Job) of people, just like Mother Teresa, the angel of protracted suffering before a purposeless and PREVENTABLE death.

Amen! I can relate so much.. being a costume designer and a Christian. God bless her and other true believers and witnesses, who are forming the beautiful reality of Christ and His calling to our hearts, in the creative industry ❤ God is already moving in the UK profoundly in this area and it’s just the start. I’m so exited for what’s to come, and she is in my prayers.

How can you ask a person about Hinduism, if he doesn't understand Hinduism in the first place. If you are a Karmi, then you are never truly liberated. Even the Moksha is incomplete and temporary. But if you are a Bhakta, then you can gain complete liberation. In that state, you serve Lord Krishna, through unconditional loving devotional service. That is, you are not serving conditionally, neither to go to heaven, nor for avoiding hell. You serve Him because you love Him. But if you love yourself more, you may seek to serve through sinning and repentance, because you are 'perfect already' , and need not impose works on the ego.🤷‍♂️

Better question is, does Rahil believe in Reincarnation? Also, be very careful of false teachers who falsify doctrines.
