How about the panel joints near the hinges? Water gets in there because the sealant breaks down. Also, in the roof gutter.

Great edits. Shooting cars at night are always hard using your tips have really helped me with the edits this way I don't rely on Luts and presets.

Use a flat chisel bit in a air hammer and push the bushing casing in on itself on each side and it will fall right out….. stay away from control arm

You make it look easy. My horn (previous owner fitted supertones) failed. Old horn wiring has Ben mullered. I'm out in -1°C trying to get my bumper off to get to the "new" wiring....I can't get the three 10mm to the wing undone. Rusted solid 😢

Ive just done the exact same job, probably a bit late with this advice now but there is a quicker way with the Hakzall/reciprocating saw. Once you have cut the rubber and removed the centre use a metal cutting blade to cut a groove along the length of the outer metal ring so it splits and releases the tension, then it just falls out. Also before using the hole saw to cut the rubber use a ~5mm drill to drill loads of holes through the rubber, it makes it come apart easier. I finished the 4 in about an hour, its bloody hard work though.

Great to see the zed is still going! Really useful especially as knuckles are getting rarer. Just rebuilt the front end of mine (suspension/panels/all sorts of fettling) due to rust and age. Bottom ball joints were fun! Rear is still sound from a few years back to that's good.
