Hello teacher! Im an O-Level student taking additional maths this year in may/june. May I know how much difference there is between the igcse syllabus and olevel syllabus? I am currently self studying integration, and im left with kinematics, vectors and a few small chapters. Will you be making videos on those chapters?

The O Level and IGCSE Additional Mathematics syllabi are not much different, and I have covered most of the syllabus, including vectors and kinematics (under applications of differentiation and integration). For kinematics, is it possible to make a video on displacement-time and velocity-time graphs, as that is in the syllabus, and also the 2 newly added chapters such as coordinate geometry of a circle? You can refer to websites that provide past year papers, and you can easily access them by searching '0606 past year'. In a composite function, the inner function f(x) gives the range value, which become the domain for the outer function g. For g(f(x)) to work, the range of f(x) must fit into the domain of g. If it doesn’t, the composite function cannot be formed. Hope my answer helps. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

Hi, thanks for your feedback! Are you referring to the part 9d + 10d + 11d = 30d? If so, I actually wrote it as 30d, but my handwriting might have looked like 20d. After dividing by 3, it simplifies to 10d. Anyway, it's great that you worked through it step by step! It’s always a good practice to double-check your work. Excellent job, and I’m confident you’ll continue to do very well in this subject! Keep it up!
