Congratulations on the new bike. I am not sure how to send a message. I am interested in how the DCT handles a trailer at low speed parking lot maneuvers and off pavement grass areas,such as a campsite. I have been on goldwings for over 30 years. I have done field events and top gun competitions . I am use to using a clutch. As I am getting older and arthritis is effecting my hands ,not pulling a clutch lever has my attention. I have not found much information on trailer pulling with the DCT. Maybe you could do a video on this to provide so info .

I had a Chinese bike once. That was an experience I don't want to repeat. I for one would never buy another Chinese bike no matter how good it seemed. The big downsides to owning one are lack of dealer support, lack of parts, lack of service manuals and frequent breakdowns.

I just got the 42 in in this cabinet today. I got it in red. The paint job is horrific really bubbled up but it will be fine. I got it for a great price.

Congrats on the new Wing. I am gonna read between the lines and read your mind, and say you thought you know what, i do not like problems with engineering. Then, the little voice in your head said, you should just get a new bike with all new warranty, and put the 2018 Wing problems in the past. Then you though wait, do i wanna spend this kinda money ? And the little voice in your head said, you got the money, you know you do , go for it :)

I was at my Honda dealership, in Canada, the other day and based off the VIN, they told me my fuel pump is one of the ones that needs to be replaced. They said to call back in a couple of weeks to see if they had gotten any in stock, but I'm not holding my breath. It was nice to be able to confirm whether or not I needed to have it replaced though. On a side note, I took part in a Prostrate Cancer Awareness Ride, yesterday, May 25th. The high for the day was +9C (about 47F) with rain and strong winds the entire day.

I just don't understand why apple won't make it simple. Why are we forced to connect a headset. I personally never take calls while I ride.

Thanks for another fantastic video! I’m also of an age where waiting for the next (maybe) great thing, rather than enjoying the opportunity right in front of you, makes little sense. I purchased a new ‘23 Tour DCT in January and am absolutely loving it. I recently met a friend in Atlanta and we rode rented H-D’s-I live in Las Vegas-through Tennessee and the Carolina’s ending up in New York. I was on a brand new ‘24 RoadGlide. It was a very solid bike with tons of torque. That said, I was never more sure that I made the right choice with the GW! Someday I’ll do the Tail of the Dragon again, but on my GW this time.

Have you seen the new btmoto programmer? It’s great more power much much smoother shifts. Increased rev limiter and no speed governing

Hmmm... the question I would consider is is the flat 8 the upgrade Honda should have done or maybe make the flat 6 a bit larger instead of making the GL as small as they have. As for the upgrade, that sound like a Harley Davidson sales tactic, glade your happy and that it worked out for you.

Its funny watching this. I agree with a lot of what you say the Wing is lacking. I have a 2023 H-D Nightster Special and the tiny infotainment screen has a lot more options than the Wing. The GPS is still better on Goldie. I wish Honda would just have activated wireless carplay or wireless android auto.

Getting the bike on the centre stand is the easy part. Getting it of the centre stand without dropping it is a whole other story. Looking forward to that video, including the drop.

I finally got to see a white model in person today. Oh man, was it a beauty. I was on the honda powersports website and it only shows the white in DCT. I'm looking for a white clutch model, so I'm going to be giving Southern Honda a shout, and of course tell them you you sent me. Thanks, Cruiseman.

Cruize man before you smack the Chinese bike. We need to have a serious talk. Honda has already given in to the Chinese to make parts. I went to my dealership mind you. Because I like to give business locally and I'm wanting authentic Honda part. They called me and I went to pick up my part. I pulled the part of the box to inspect it and you know what I found. Made in China. I am livid. I wonder if all my future parts are going to come from China. I think the Japanese is losing their focus. I thought I could believe in Honda. Seems to me we will have future of our Goldwing's coming from China if this is any indicator.

I have an older 1800. The new goldwing does not work for me because I'm 6'4" with long legs. If I buy a new bike I will have to leave Honda and go to BMW grand america or a Harley.

That is why I am getting back in riding touring bike. Got a lot of time in the seat during the 80/90's But got out trying to keep another person happy... Under the seat left side of frame you can find the wire harness and use a fork style wire connector to reset the TPMS in the event the batteries are still good but the system just needed a reset. There is a video on exact location on you tube.
