i am confused is the bov just not opening so its just pushing it back through the turbo or? what i just got a dual port bov and its fluttering even on the softest setting is it normal?

why run a bov? its not working anyways. thats why you get tghe flutter. it sends pressure back to the turbo

I just put plate in between the BPV and intercooler. Flutter and never have to worry about a leaking BPV again.

Did yours sound like a vtwin engine while it was having this issue? Mine sounds so bad that it literally sounds like an sv650 or something without an inline 4.

Can anyone help please i brought a 2000 wrx bugeye and it came with a gfb dual port non adjustable full atmosphere venting blow off. The idle has always been sitting low at 500rpm and dosnt stumble or cut out just stays right on 500. Ive tryed everything to try bring the idle up new spark plugs new air filter cleaned the throttle body cleaned the mass sensor no vac leaks that i can find. And did a re set to the computer. And still stays at 500rpms dosnt move up or down drives fine and haven't noticed any problems just have to get the revs up when im on a hill so i dont stall. Could it be my blow off valve?

I've installed a turbosmart 5050, I've taken off the trumpet from the side of the valve and placed the cap over it, I'm getting that flutter sound, but I think it's because I've added a injen intake to it. my question is, with placing a cap we're the trumpet would go, does it mean it recirculate?

You should leave the vice on the front lol

This is a delicate mechanism and is can do a lot of damage combined with carbs float valves leaks. However it's cheap and easy to rebuild. My 4 year old granddaughter did this rebuild as a game (under close supervision though!)😂

If you take off the blow off and put a blank over the hole where it is installed you will get the stuustuu turbo flutter.
