This meditation is useless with ads popping up right in the middle of it! The point of meditation is ??? Not to be disturbed!!

I used to listen to this almost daily, love it! But now ads pop up right in the middle which ruins the experience. Who puts ads in the middle of a meditation??!! Disappointed 😢

I'm puzzled: I just recently got you are the father of biohacking (which I can cope with to most of things) and people are saying thing slike "how is he so young looking"...so I checked your age and you're "just" 50/51....so what? My father is 65 and looks your age or younger and he does many meditation but does not care much on most of others... I'm puzzled...I'm 35 and look 25... I do swimming/thai boxing, caring about food and yes doing cold showes, I feel better when getting low carbs...but..what if is also genetics, at least talking about aging?

I did this work with Jennings a long time ago. Epic fail. Messed me up. Had massive facial pain that I never had before. Not to mention he uses very toxic ingredients that melt your brain every time he makes an adjustment. I knew better and wish I had gone with my intuition and walked away.

What is this bullshitting about forgiveness and all that other craps false information!?? All you need is slow breathing, relaxing your whole body , lowering your body tension and emptying your mind to lower the brain frequency to get into the alpha wave state ...

Let’s be real-finding time for red light therapy every single day isn’t the easiest task. But, for the sake of science (and my relentless headache), I decided to give it a try using the FF 1000 from Future Form Official. To my surprise, I have to admit-it actually worked! After struggling with a stubborn headache for three years, a few weeks of consistent use finally made it disappear. I initially started this journey to boost my brain health and cognitive function, spending 20 minutes a day focusing the red light on my face, neck, and chest. But here's the unexpected bonus-my skin is glowing like never before. The red light has not only cleared my head but also improved my complexion, reducing redness and giving my skin a smoother, more radiant look. I may not be thrilled about committing to this every day, but with clearer skin, a clearer head, and these kinds of results, I have to say-this therapy might just be worth the effort. If you’re up for the commitment, you’ll definitely see the payoff.

As he started to talk about warm shower, I’m thinking “that’s been a while, I only have cold showers nowadays” and at least I carried on listening 😂

About breakfast, others say it’s the most important meal of the day, our body is ready to absorb all the minerals and vitamins. I personally prefer to fast once a week, every Monday. I eat breakfast on Monday and nothing except water until the next breakfast on Tuesday

Hi! Thanks for the hacks! Should I start with warm shower or can I go straight to cold all the time?

Dissonant. Dave and Ibrihim seem to be on two completely different planes. It made me wonder how much effort Dave had put into an open-minded study of BioGeometry (BG) before this interview, as his questions seemed to be coming from a paradigm irrelevant to BG. Or he just couldn’t shift enough out of his left brain intellect to grasp the fundamental concepts of BG. I respect how patient and non-defensive Ibrihim stayed, despite it seeming that Dave was not really listening but cross-examining. I believe if we’re to have a good future on this planet BG and the paradigm shift it requires are going to be key players

I’d love to see an update on this. Are braces ever done at all or how would they be incorporated into this treatment. I’m curious if braces would come before or after. And I’m also curious if the device has advanced at all in 9 years.

Peter Dobromylskyj took down the stuff from 01:05:00 and I must wonder how much Veech has to learn about cholesterol though he has not learned anything about carnivores and LMHR by Dave Feldman. Having done this over ten years I have become more carefull with the gurus. They are focusing in such small areas as us the citizen scientists want to understand the big picture. My bias is that bioquantum effects intrerest me. Just chugged a ghee cocoa down my throat. So I am not against anything said only the facts are grey and the opinions are all biased. high-fat-nutrition.blogspot.com/search/label/Dave%20Asprey%20and%20Dr%20Veech
