Hi Dave, yesterday I have seen a documentary on Netflix called “what the health” in which they claim that consuming any animal products has major effects on your health, longevity and developing type 2 Diabetes. Since then I have tried to find out more about the consumption of eggs (since I could probably live with not eating meat and dairy products, but would still love to eat eggs...) and whether they are healthy or not. I have seen many videos now and they come up with complete different results... :(... Maybe you have seen the documentary and if yes, it would be great to hear your opinion about it. If not, I would still like to know your view on consuming eggs, if possible. Thanks for your book, SuperHuman, and all your great videos!

Hi.Actuall I was watching MenHealth on youtube, and they have these episodes when they knock on a celebrity's door and asked them to show their gym and their fridge.Even they went to Arnold, and Kevin Heart,Mark Walhberg...and when they open their fridge, all had almond milk and Plant based protein!Funnily all had Beyond Burger!(plant based)and Beyond products.Even Arnold said,he is not a vegeterian (non of them)but he realised all these theories about meat protein all totally false.Plant based protein absorb better, with less chemical waste in your body, and shows even better with muscle grew.Eating heavy burgers and steak takes extreme work for the digestion system, especially when you work out a lot, when you eat protein based, you are less sluggish. They all eat meat, but stay away from redmeat. (Actually I heard red meat is beneficial for healthy testosterone level in men)although,I am a woman,so you probably has more information on that.I like that series.Very interesting. After I went on WomenHealth and found similar episodes.
