I don't plan to share the map seed but I recommend looking at my world settings and using my Worldgen Fix Remix mod which should give you similar results: mods.vintagestory.at/worldgenfixremix

@@lodeclaw Ah that's a shame. I have the same mods/worldgen but have struggled to find a similar result, even flew around in creative for a few hours to see if I could find something similar. It's ok though! I understand wanting to feel like the seed is unique to you and your playthrough, maybe if you ever eventually die you will be willing to share! Thanks again :)

I don't exactly have an endgoal, but there are things to work toward such as: grow a fruit orchard, domesticate a variety of animals, produce milk and cheese, build a castle, build a smithy with a wind-powered helve hammer, find and explore the Resonance Archive, etc.

I did in the Fall find bees in the woods where I went the episode before this but couldn't find them. Probably too cold still for them to wake up and start buzzing, so I decided to go for the next best thing.

I understand the point of it being very similar to minecraft, but honestly, I haven't seen a modpack that gives the gameplay that Vintage Story has. It is also important to note that we are comparing a vanilla game (Vintage story, with no mods) with a modded game (Minecraft with mods) which begs the question of if you are really playing a game, or its mods. Which in this case it really is a very complete game.
