Using a quick stripper or something stronger stripper would have cut the time in half and less labor intensive. Zep floor stripper is not the best. Betco, Diverse, Spartan are definitely a better options!!! 3M stripping pads, Dominator pads, and QEP wide floor scrapper are also needed for this kind of job!!!

Your doing it all wrong I'm in the same business after scrubbing with the floor machine rinse with a tile/stone cleaning attachment to your vacuum hose to your van! I assume you clean carpets and have a CDS system in the van

Man thats a beautiful rug. I just had mine picked up and they recomended a soak due to dog ls urination. I have no clue but tye rug was in bad shape and 20 years not cleaned so seemed kind of reasonable, as far as someone that knows nothing can tell.
