just show us the carpet being cleaned ffs, so annoying having the camera just pulled away from what everybody is here to see. couldve been a super great video, but utterly ruined by the constant interuptions.

I'm a floor tech at a hospital in terms of the stripping process what do you recommend for stripping off about 8 to 10 coats of years of built up wax more efficiently? I find myself having to go over the same area several times and using a lot of stripper and pads

Too bad the client didn't want a seal on that first tile. A good color enhancing sealer would have looked amazing on there!

Have you thought about investing in a typhoon (wet/dry vacuum with a squeegee on the front) for your VCT, Terrazzo & other hard floor jobs? It’ll make picking up stripper/wax sludge 1,000 times easier than using that s-wand on a shop vac. (In my opinion) Viper and Tennant make real good machines.

We have used a lot of fancy machines but in the end none impressed me especially for the cost. 500+ vs a $80 shop vac lol

I love in this business how we all just learn from each other. I don't know of any business where people be in it for 10 20 30yrs and still open to learning. I notice how you guys put garden edge around the machine to stop splashing. I've seen polycarbonate board used as well. I'm gonna get me some. My company use welcome mats to stop on and off the stripper to help make the transition safer and to not spread stripper foot prints.

I'm impressed with how fast they got someone in to sheetrock that second one. We are still waiting on roofing to come repair our main little #SaigersSouth place. One side of the home got damaged. It's tarped for the moment.

Was that first grey tile porcelain? Before grout haze removal, it kind of looked like porcelain, but while cleaning it was looking like ceramic. What a pain those are!

Acid 1/20 is my go to for grout removable off tile

Hydrocloric acid 2-3% is perfect. Flush with any alkaline cleaner and one round of clean water. I did this when I was an industrial floor cleaner.
