I'm impressed with how fast they got someone in to sheetrock that second one. We are still waiting on roofing to come repair our main little #SaigersSouth place. One side of the home got damaged. It's tarped for the moment.

Was that first grey tile porcelain? Before grout haze removal, it kind of looked like porcelain, but while cleaning it was looking like ceramic. What a pain those are!

Too bad the client didn't want a seal on that first tile. A good color enhancing sealer would have looked amazing on there!

Hydrocloric acid 2-3% is perfect. Flush with any alkaline cleaner and one round of clean water. I did this when I was an industrial floor cleaner.
