I see a pattern here. Draftpicks are no horses or suorise eggs, you need to guess whats inside. You need to develope your players. Every bad frenchise in every sport is failing here. Even drafting Kobe or Doncic you need to do the right things to make them get to the potential they have. Alltime Great Talents, like Jordan do not understand the weakness of other people. They can do something, so why is this guy struggle? Only if an exeptional former player get a prepared ground for him, he can coach or manage a team with his knowledge about that sport.
