I am looking for a holiday treat for myself. I liked glenmorangie lasanta. Seems sweet but not flavored Easy to drink and share w friends who have a hard time w liquor. Surprised a lot of people. But I’d like something different and willing to spend a bit more. I don’t buy many bottles. Thanks for any help.

I've tasted whisky and was a real let down but frankly didn't surprised me at all flavor wise, not to mention the zero nutrient content and the big hit on the liver's health. If you want something with alcohol mix a cold bear with the same amount of water, juice of 1 lemon and a little honey, but first mix the honey with the water and lastly add the lemon juice and the beer. That drink is is 20X better than whiskey and very refreshing. I really can't understand why people talk so much about whisky. Another immensely superior alcohol drink is a good quality red wine or white wine. Way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way better than whisky.
