I could be wrong, but I don't think there are any other songs out there that use the vocoder just for scatting. Very unique.

"FOLLOW UP FROM THE THUNDER VIDEO" I searched uploads and found this song (80"s born rocker) another great video. Again as before, fair play to your dad being with you in the video 👍🏻 This is an amazing song, Bruce is an amazing front man, that goes without saying. I will definitely try and see Iron Maiden live at some point in my life. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Music has no limit on age limit. If a song is good then it's good. Fair play to your dad keeping an eye on the content on the channel 👍🏻

Awesome seeing younger kids liking 80s rock! We def need more of it! I was 11 or 12 when my dad turned me on to 80s rock and metal. I'm 31 now and that's still all I listen to!

Thansk for reacting to Band-Maid. If you ever get the chance you get to see them live, you should, they are crazy good musicians. Band-Maid are best hardrock band of all times IMHO. I saw them live at Tokyo Garden Theater on January 9th, it was their first concert of their 10th anniversary tour. The show was sold out, 8000 fans present. The Okyuji (serving) was amazing, best concert I've ever attended. I'm going back for another Okyuji at Zepp Shinjuku in Tokyo on July 3rd 🙂

Amelia, you have been sorely missed! I love Floor and Nightwish, but I'd like to throw you and your dad a curve ball. Japan has a hugely popular rock/metal scene and the musicians are TOP NOTCH. To that end I have a few bands for you to check out: Lovebites (this group has recently undergone a major change, and for you to get the true feel for them, I strongly urge you and your dad to not watch anything after 2021, because they had a member resign and it took the better part of a year to replace Miho, the Bassist and one of the principal founders of the group along with Haruna, the Drummer. In the pre-2022 era, the members wore white. I won't tell you any more because I don't want to ruin the experience. The next group I want to recommend is Band-Maid, here the members dress in something akin to maid uniforms which is a nod to the Maid-Cafe's that exist there. These are bars and coffee houses that have girls dressed as maids serving the male and sometimes female customers. It's all above board and nothing weird is going on, just good conversation. The next is Gacharic (Gotcha rick) Spin, these ladies are all masters of their instruments and many look quite young. Note: Hana is a part time drummer now and usually had colored hair (predominately electric blue), but she is a multi-instrumentalist as you will see through your adventures. They have also gone through a number of lead singer/front women... There is a sad aspect to this; I believe their first one was Armmy (Ahhmee) Takae, this powerhouse got sick and suspended participation, got well and returned, had a relapse, and sadly passed. I have tried everything short of calling all the hospitals in Japan to find out what happened, but I can't afford to do that. So, the how will forever remain a mystery. There have been a number of other to step in for her until recently. The current one is Angelina (Angie) and this girl is crazy, and that fits because the rest of the band is too. I think of them as ENERGY PERSONIFIED. If you watch a video where a curly haired blond is wearing a red vest like halter like top (don't worry dad, she's fully covered), that's Armmy (Ahhmee), then you watch one of a girl with bright pink hair, that's Angie. Look at their faces and see if you think they look like sisters? I am happy to see you posting again. I hope all your family and pets are happy, healthy and ready to do bundles of reactions!

Hey Dad, Are you still going to the Nightwish show at Wembley? I am traveling from Alaska to the show. Been waiting a couple of years now for this show! I love that you have introduced your child to hard rock music and would love to say hello to you both if you're going. Cheers, Jeremy

I first heard the song when I was 12 and it took me 2 years to understand it. I think it's great that your dad tries to explain to you what the meaning is.My dad let me find out on my own and that wasn't a nice feeling. You can be really proud of your dad (even if parents are sometimes annoying).Greetings Kelsea

This song was Tuomas dealing with hard things, but eventually he went to talk to his mother and father. They told him that like everyone, he would always have problems to deal with, but that they would ALWAYS love him no matter what. A good thing to remember.

Like most art, the mirror ball is subject to interpretation by everyone who sees it. Most art asks a question rather than giving an answer. What do YOU think it meant? Whatever you feel it meant, you're right!

Floor sang all her live and studied at the academy of the Netherlands Rockmusic and cassical music for six years. Beside singing in bands, and not to forget train in weightlifting, stamina and breathing, so she could make it throughout a concert the lasted for hours. If you exercise as hard as she did, you will surely learn to sing like her. Greetings from Germany.

One thing that gets me EVERY time I watch this performance, is how Empu and Marko both go over to Toumas to hang out during the song....they know how personal the song is and how painful the stuff he was dealing with is...they go over to support him and it's so good to see.
