If you load through the ejection port and let the slide slam shut, the extractor hits the head without anything slowing it down, has to jump over the edge of the round to hook in. Like a basketball thrown hard into extended fingers. That can cause micro fractures especially on extended duty extractors cause they're more brittle to last longer of the usual forces, not seeing those unusual ones. The cracks ain't visual to the naked eye so a free surprise later on. Just wanted to mention it. From the mag it gets the vip airport shuttle service. Looks like a nice size. Great that the fpb block works! Although now someone can still argue it’s not the best design because if your grabbing your gun in the middle of the night and accidentally drop it (falls off the bedside), there’s a possibility your trigger is now dead (you’ll have to rack it to get back in the fight).

When i saw the post my assumption was that his firing pin safety was possibly stuck . All walther canik and hk vp9s with the pre cocked spiker design have the striker block ,The striker dropping when dropped is also the same as as if you were decocking the pistol, the striker should never make contact with the primer unless you depress the trigger safety. BTW I know this is exactly what you stated I'm just reiterating the facts. I agree with some comments saying the trigger dingus may have also been stucj from screenshots of the video showed but even then the inertia shouldn't be enough to make the striker block get depressed 🤷♂️. There was another person awhile back stating the same drop safe issue when tests were done the tester had some light primer strikes ...that had me alittle concerned but not enough to stop carrying mc9. Thanks for the video hope that guy isn't lying and or hope he gets that specific mc9 looked atbefore just selling to the next guy...

Not a Dillon killer by any means. Dillon 550 is far surperior for rifle cartridges . Lyman has too much flex for consistent full length case resizing of rifle cartridges. Lyman can compete with a Dillon 550 for loading pistol cartridges. Add the Lee bullet feeder for even more efficiency of movement. I love Lee. I've learned to use Lee progressive and turret press to speed up my batch style reloading. I do not prime and powder charge on a press . Im too anal for that. SAFTY , RELIABILITY, AND ACCURACY are my main objective in that order. Speed is my 4th objective. I get the same accracy from my turret and progressive press hand loads as I did in the days I was a benchrest rifle competitor useing Wilson hand dies. I can't get away from hand priming by feel with my old cheap Lee hand priming tool or throwing powder charges by hand with my old Lyman 55 and RCS powder measures . My practiced hand throws a more accurate powder charge than any case activated powder measure. Ony failures I've have ever had with my hand loads were maybe 1 or 2 primer failures and 1 occasion i seated 45 ACP bullets out too long for reliable feeding in a 1911. That is not bad considering I have been reloading ammo for 55 years and thousands and thousands of rounds of many different kinds of cartridges. I've never killed a deer or hog with a factory cartridge. I took to reloading ammo at age 11 like Forest Gump took to playing ping pong.
