Sad to say, my mentor and very good friend of many years, Don Thompson, the lead guitar player of the The Wiggy Symphony passed away yesterday. He can be seen playing solo guitar at the top of this video. It's excellent! I'll miss you Don!

I saw him in concert in Tucson AZ around 1969. I was with my first girlfriend and we saw him at a concert sponsored by the local university. He sang this song as a finality to his act. One of the great ballads.

My compliments to the art and set department, except for the half dead poinsettias during Toni's "Our Love is Here to Stay". Looks like someone forgot to water them. In any event, the scenery was lovely, and it was fun to see Lamb Chops from my youth again. I'll stay silent on the rest of the talent and the forced cheering and concert atmosphere of the young kids cheering - that was a bit much. As if 16 year olds would be screaming for Frank Mills :)

I think the first time I knew I was listening to Vince Gill was when he sang Face of an Angel. I never knew he was in this band. I literally know all the words to these songs from back in the day.

Now you are going to hear "The flying voice of John Gary" said a radio announcer in 1967 when I was in Canton, Ohio. I live in Brasil, and I am 90 yars old. Such a great voice has John Gary. I love to hear his musics, mostly when I feal myself on a longing mood.

Besides The 'Owl Prowl', I also regularly listened to Jim Robson's play-by-play of WHL's Canucks' games, and Pacific Coast League's Vancouver Mountie's games. Also on CKNW, can recall Frosty Forest and, of course, Jack Webster. Great radio station! Did ya know Jack Cullen apparently possessed continent's 2nd largest collection of mostly pirated records and tapes? Oh, the memories as a Kid, huh?

The Moodies are great singer songwriters and in listening to John and Justin I'm so glad the band just went their own way, played their own music and were their own leaders so to speak. Taking a risk in being beautifully different. That's why they are so unique there's no one else like them. Loving this interview and explaining bits about each album. Thank you Moodies for all your great music. Miss Ray and Graeme

I’ve always loved and appreciated Bobby and his great loyalty to country, and he was a great comedian and performer. All this BS about these selfish women he supposedly “ruined” is just that. BS.
