The tachometer doesn't read correctly. Working on fixing that. Update: This truck is falling apart at the seams. This video in fact, was the last time it ran and drove somewhat properly. Im working on fixing it up, but I'm heavily limited in budget. A few years into the future, i plan on doing a 302 V8 swap.

What exhaust setup is this?
@OmegaHellHound54327 күн бұрын
@@juanc.4546 it's chopped around the middle. The whole rear section of the exhaust was removed. It has a flowmaster welded onto the rear catalytic converter, and a tip that downfires under the car. Soon it will have a Magnaflow with a side exit.
@juanc.454627 күн бұрын
@ Nice! I have an 02 Explorer v8 as well. I was thinking about getting the Magnaflow catback exhaust #15718, is that the kit you are referring to?
@OmegaHellHound54327 күн бұрын
@@juanc.4546 I don't have a kit or anything specific, I just have a spare Magnaflow muffler that my brother gave me. The rest of the exhaust is gonna be something I fabricate myself.

Sounds like someone really cranked up the treble. Too sibilant.
@OmegaHellHound5432 ай бұрын
@@socksumi that's just my crappy cable setup. I'm running this setup from my PC, and I'm having to use a 3.5mm to RCA aux cable, which is also connected to an extension cable that's long enough to reach my receiver. And then that receiver is joined to the one powering these speakers through my EQ. Lots of patching going on, and I'm unsure of the quality of my cables. I'm sure the hissing sound would decrease, or maybe even become non existent if I bought a new high quality cable and connected it directly.
@OmegaHellHound5435 сағат бұрын
I have found the issue. It was the 3.5mm to RCA adapter I had running from my PC to my receiver. I switched it out with a much higher quality cable, and the buzzing has disappeared completely. Thank you for pointing this out.
