The numbers difference isn't the deciding factor between whether or not Blackout could have fought Beanvengers. The Goopers and many in real life at least going back to General Tzu have demonstrated repeatedly how small forces can contend and even conquered much larger forces than their own. If Blackout couldn't beat Beanvengers on their own, it's not an issue with numbers, it's their combat skills and tactics that are the problem.
