Weirdly wouldn't be out of character for Nelson if it was. xD The guy had a very interesting sense of humour. During a siege, he was once ordered to retreat when the admiral in charge was scared by cannon fire. Nelson was informed of the command vessel's signal to retreat, put his telescope up to his eyepatch and responded "I genuinely can't see it. Proceed with the attack." He ended up claiming victory at the siege if I recall properly.

The two Goopers members that died, those two died after being ambushed while flying over an area with thick foliage with turrets hidden in it since the Goopers members couldn't react in time. That is an underhanded strategy I condemned (especially on regular servers where you can respawn) over the years due to the fact that you could get killed by turrets that you can't even see, so yeah, I don't blame the other teams for forming a coalition against the Beanvengers.

This does not simulate anything. It's literally just an "Ark hardcore pvp event" where everyone just plays Ark the way it's always played. If you want to actually have a simulation of a civilization then you need to disincentivize war and raiding. This could be done by telling people that the server will last as long as people are still alive on the server. Lower rates would help too. This would make people want to survive longer and not risk their lives by raiding at the first opportunity. This is just the first thing that came to mind but I'm sure there are better ways. It would be really cool if you pull that off. The server would have real politics and grudges etc instead of just being Ark PvP.
